Special Advisor to the King Prajadhipok’s Institute Invites Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Thailand to Speak in the KPI Distinguished Lecture Series 2026
On 19 December 2025, at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Thailand, Dr. Panya Utchachon, Special Advisor to the King Prajadhipok’s Institute, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dr. Ernst Wolfgang Reichel, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Thailand, to discuss avenues for academic cooperation.
Dr. Panya Utchachon formally invited the ambassador to deliver a special lecture entitled “Rule of Law for Democracy” for participants in King Prajadhipok’s Institute’s Advanced Certificate Program in Public Administration and Public Law. The lecture will be presented as part of the KPI Distinguished Lecture Series 2026.
