On July 21, 2025, the Parliamentary Academic Support Office under King Prajadhipok’s Institute (KPI), and Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) conducted a survey of senators in front of the Chandra Meeting Room. This study focused on gathering opinions, perspectives, and experiences, as well as monitoring the implementation of government policies related to gender issues, as legislators. This study aimed to gather information for policy and practice improvements that truly reflect the context of gender equality. In the afternoon, a focus group discussion was held with parliamentary officials from the Office of the Secretary-General of the Senate. The discussion included discussions, perspectives, and experiences on gender equality and sensitivity in the workplace. The atmosphere provided an opportunity for participants to express diverse opinions, including issues of organizational safety, the work environment, relevant policies and measures, and recommendations for development. “Guidelines for Promoting Gender Equality in Parliament” to drive tangible results.
