King Prajadhipok’s Institute Welcomes Delegation from the Embassy of Viet Nam to Discuss Cooperation on Leadership and Public Sector Capacity Development
On 16 June 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Issara Sereewatthanawut, Secretary-General of the King Prajadhipok’s Institute, assigned Mr. Saisit Jetsiktat Deputy Director, National Legislative College, together with the Institute’s International Affairs staff, to welcome Mrs. Hoang Diem Hanh, Counsellor, accompanied by Mr. Ung Trong Khiem, First Secretary, and Mrs. Pham Thi Kim Chi, Attaché, from the Embassy of Viet Nam in Thailand, at Rambhai Barni Conference Room, King Prajadhipok’s Institute.
During the discussion, both sides exchanged views and experiences on executive education and capacity development for senior executives and public officials. The King Prajadhipok’s Institute presented its approach to designing and managing leadership development programmes that integrate knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic policy perspectives while fostering collaborative networks with academic institutions and professional organizations in Thailand and abroad.
The two sides also shared best practices in public sector human resource development and explored opportunities for future collaboration in professional training, study visits, and curriculum development to address the evolving challenges of public administration in a rapidly changing global environment.
The meeting marked another important step in strengthening the close relationship between the King Prajadhipok’s Institute and the Embassy of Viet Nam in Thailand, working together to enhance human resource capacity and promote stronger public sector institutions in both Thailand and Viet Nam. It also reaffirmed the Institute’s role as a leading centre for leadership development and international academic cooperation.
